Information and Explicit Consent Statement on the Processing of Personal Data
This document has been prepared by Liongate Real Estate LLC (“Liongate” or the “Company”) under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to explain the principles regarding the processing of personal data and to obtain your explicit consent.

The following personal data may be processed by Liongate:
- Identity Information: Full name
- Contact Information: Phone number, email address, city of residence
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed based on your explicit consent under Article 5 of KVKK and will be limited to the following purposes:
- Conducting marketing activities regarding real estate projects, investment, and consultancy services provided by our company,
- Informing you about campaigns, promotions, and similar benefits,
- Managing commercial communication, customer relations, and improving service quality,
- Contacting you to receive, evaluate, and resolve requests and complaints.
Our company will not process any personal data that is not directly related to these purposes and will not use your data beyond its intended purpose.
4. Transfer and Storage of Personal Data
Your personal data obtained through this form may be transferred only with your explicit consent to our company headquarters in Dubai and to our operational offices in London and Istanbul.
Your personal data will be stored on cloud-based servers under the responsibility of our company, protected with high-level security measures, and handled in strict compliance with KVKK data security regulations.
Your data will not be shared with any third parties or organizations unless you have given explicit consent and/or if it is required by legal obligations.
5. Rights of the Data Subject Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in line with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred domestically or internationally,
- To request the correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with KVKK,
- To request notification of corrections or deletions to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- To object to a decision resulting in an adverse outcome for you due to the analysis of processed personal data solely through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may submit your requests regarding these rights in writing or electronically using the contact information of the data controller mentioned above. Your request will be responded to as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, in accordance with Article 13 of KVKK.
6. Measures for Data Security
Our company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data in compliance with KVKK. Regular security controls and infrastructure reviews are conducted to prevent unauthorized access, unlawful processing, and ensure the secure storage of personal data.
7. Explicit Consent Statement
I have read and understood this KVKK Information Statement and I explicitly consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of my personal data by Liongate Real Estate LLC only for the purposes stated above, including the transfer of my data to its offices in Dubai, London, and Istanbul.

Kişisel Verilerin İşlenmesine İlişkin Aydınlatma ve Açık Rıza Metni
Bu metin, Liongate Real Estate LLC (“Liongate” veya “Şirket”) tarafından 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında, kişisel verilerin işlenmesine yönelik esasları açıklamak ve açık rızanızı almak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

İşbu metin kapsamında kişisel verileriniz, KVKK uyarınca aşağıda bilgileri sunulan veri sorumlusu tarafından işlenecektir:

Liongate tarafından aşağıdaki kişisel veriler işlenebilecektir:
- Kimlik Bilgileri: Ad-soyad bilgisi
- İletişim Bilgileri: Telefon numarası, e-posta adresi, yaşanılan şehir bilgisi
- Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amaçları ve Hukuki Sebebi
Tarafınıza ait kişisel veriler, KVKK’nın 5. maddesi uyarınca açık rızanızın bulunması hukuki sebebine dayanarak, aşağıda belirtilen amaçlarla sınırlı şekilde işlenecektir:
- Şirketimiz tarafından sağlanan gayrimenkul projeleri, yatırım ve danışmanlık hizmetleri hakkında pazarlama faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi,
- Kampanya, promosyon ve benzeri avantajların tarafınıza bildirilmesi,
- Ticari iletişim, müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi ve hizmet kalitesinin arttırılması,
- Talep ve şikâyetlerin alınması, değerlendirilmesi ve sonuçlandırılması amacıyla tarafınızla iletişime geçilmesi.
Şirketimiz, yukarıda belirtilen amaçların gerçekleştirilmesi ile doğrudan bağlantılı olmayan hiçbir kişisel veriyi işlemeyecek, verilerinizi amacı dışında kullanmayacaktır.
- Kişisel Verilerin Aktarımı ve Saklanması
İşbu form aracılığıyla elde edilen kişisel verileriniz, yalnızca açık rızanıza dayanılarak, Dubai’de bulunan şirket merkezimize ve operasyonel olarak faaliyet gösterdiğimiz Londra ve İstanbul’daki ofislerimize aktarılabilecektir.
Kişisel verileriniz, Şirketimizin sorumluluğu altında olan ve güvenliği üst düzey tedbirlerle korunan bulut tabanlı sunucular üzerinde saklanacak olup, KVKK kapsamında belirtilen veri güvenliği önlemleri titizlikle uygulanacaktır.
Verileriniz, açık rızanız olmadıkça ve/veya kanuni yükümlülük gereği zorunlu olmadıkça üçüncü taraf kişi veya kuruluşlarla paylaşılmayacaktır.
- Veri Sahibinin (İlgili Kişinin) KVKK’dan Kaynaklanan Hakları
KVKK’nın 11. maddesi kapsamında kişisel verilerinize ilişkin aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
- Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
- Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri öğrenme,
- Kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya hatalı olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini talep etme,
- KVKK hükümlerine uygun olarak kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
- Eksik veya hatalı verilerin düzeltilmesi ile verilerin silinmesi veya yok edilmesi işlemlerinin, verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini talep etme,
- İşlenen kişisel verilerinizin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize ortaya çıkan sonuçlara itiraz etme,
- Kişisel verilerin hukuka aykırı işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararınızın giderilmesini talep etme.
Bu haklarınıza yönelik taleplerinizi, yukarıda belirtilen veri sorumlusu iletişim bilgilerini kullanarak yazılı veya elektronik ortamda tarafımıza iletebilirsiniz. Başvurunuz, KVKK’nın 13. maddesi uyarınca mümkün olan en kısa sürede, en geç 30 (otuz) gün içerisinde yanıtlandırılacaktır.
- Veri Güvenliğine İlişkin Önlemler
Şirketimiz, kişisel verilerinizin korunması için KVKK uyarınca gerekli her türlü teknik ve idari önlemi almakta; verilerin hukuka aykırı işlenmesini, verilere yetkisiz erişimi önlemek ve verilerin muhafazasını güvenli şekilde sağlamak amacıyla düzenli olarak teknik altyapısını gözden geçirmekte, güvenlik kontrolleri uygulamaktadır.
- Açık Rıza Beyanı
İşbu KVKK Aydınlatma Metni’ni okuduğumu, anladığımı ve kişisel verilerimin yukarıda belirtilen amaçlarla sınırlı olarak Liongate Real Estate LLC tarafından toplanmasına, işlenmesine, Dubai, Londra ve İstanbul’daki ofislerine aktarılmasına açıkça rıza gösterdiğimi kabul ve beyan ederim.

İşbu metinde yer alan hükümler, Liongate Real Estate LLC’nin KVKK kapsamındaki yükümlülüklerini eksiksiz yerine getirmesine yönelik olarak, ileride ortaya çıkabilecek hukuki risklerin minimize edilmesi amacıyla kaleme alınmıştır.
