This document has been prepared by Liongate Real Estate LLC (“Liongate” or the “Company”) in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) to explain the principles of processing personal data and to obtain your explicit consent.

Your personal data will be processed based on your explicit consent, in accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK, and solely for the purposes listed below:

• Conducting marketing activities regarding our real estate projects, investment, and consultancy services,

• Informing you about campaigns, promotions, and similar benefits,

• Managing customer relations and improving service quality,

• Contacting you for handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

Your personal data will not be used for any purpose other than those stated above and will not be processed beyond the stated scope.

4. Transfer and Storage of Personal Data

The personal data obtained through this form may be transferred, with your explicit consent, to our company headquarters in Dubai and our operational offices located in London and Istanbul.

Your personal data will be securely stored on cloud-based servers under the responsibility of our Company, with high-level security measures implemented in compliance with KVKK.

Unless legally required or with your explicit consent, your data will not be shared with third parties.

5. Your Rights Under the KVKK

As per Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights concerning your personal data:

• To learn whether your personal data has been processed,

• To request information if your data has been processed,

• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used accordingly,

• To learn the third parties to whom your data is transferred within or outside the country,

• To request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate,

• To request the deletion or destruction of your data in accordance with KVKK,

• To request notification of the actions taken as per the above requests to third parties with whom the data was shared,

• To object to any outcome that is against you as a result of the analysis of your data solely through automated systems,

• To demand compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests regarding these rights in writing or electronically using the contact details of the data controller listed above. Your application will be answered as soon as possible, and no later than 30 (thirty) days, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK.

Our Company implements all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the protection of your personal data as required under the KVKK. We regularly review our technical infrastructure and apply security controls to prevent unlawful processing, unauthorized access, and to ensure the secure preservation of your data.

I confirm that I have read and understood this KVKK Clarification Text and I hereby give my explicit consent for my personal data to be collected, processed, and transferred to the Company’s offices in Dubai, London, and Istanbul by Liongate Real Estate LLC for the limited purposes stated above.
